Itinerary of Nepal Culture Tour and Hiking
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
This is the day you arrive in Kathmandu. The Ariel vista will take your breath away as you fly over Nepal’s stunning landscapes before landing at TIA.
Our tour representative will greet you at the airport with a friendly grin. A private vehicle service from the airport to the hotel will take around 30 minutes. Once you step into the hotel, you can rest and engage in the atmosphere of the nearby places.
Day 02: Full-Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu
The whistling of the early birds awakens us. The valley seems somewhat calming in the morning, setting the tone for the entire day. We will take a private vehicle and go to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites to soak in the beautiful surroundings.
Our first stop will be Pashupatinath, where we will admire the many distinct monuments and sculptures and the beauty of the Bagmati River. The tranquil Boudhanath will be our next visit after that. The prayer wheels, prayer flags, and tranquil Buddhist communities all around us will amaze us.
The lovely monkey temple “Swayambhunath” will greet us shortly with its exquisite craftsmanship. We will wander about the temple before entering and receiving blessings from the Hindu Divinities.
Additionally, the vehicle will bring us into the hustle and bustle of the city, taking us up to Patan Durbar Square and Kumar Temple. After enjoying the delicious regional cuisine and exploring many picturesque spots, we will proceed to a hotel to stay the night.
Day 03: Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani
The pleasant mix of toast and a cup of tea in the morning enhance our enthusiasm. We will head to the Sundarijal after boarding the vehicle. We can reach Sundarijal using the left route leading uphill from the picturesque Boudha setting.
The trek begins at Sundarijal and traverses through incredible waterfalls, verdant scenery, and beautiful Tamang and Sherpa settlements. After about an hour of trekking, we will arrive at the stunning Shivapuri National Park.
Continuing the route and trekking through the stunning vegetation of the hilly terrain, we will eventually arrive at Chisapani, where we will spend the night.
Day 04: Trek Chisapani to Nagarkot
The early morning trek will take us deep into the Shivapuri National Park’s Rhododendron Forest. From here, the north route will lead us via the trial that will pass through the peaceful settlement of the jungle.
After some relaxation and savoring the scenery of the northern valleys and the Himalayas, we will eventually arrive at Nagarkot. The atmosphere will become gloomy as the weather shifts and the clouds drift to the ground. The lovely Nagarkot hill station will be the location for the night.
Day 05: Trek Nagarkot to Dhulikhel
Our legs will again touch the stunning Nagarkot terrain after we take in the fantastic view from the hotel. We will proceed east, following the undulating hills and the gorgeous sunrise.
The calm winds that sweep through the valleys provide the finest atmosphere for the trek. We’ll traverse the picturesque Tamang settlements and eventually arrive in Namobuddha in a few hours.
Also, we will head to Dhulikhel and explore the local temples and monasteries. Our overnight stay will be at the enchanting settlement of the Dhulikhel.
Day 06: Drive Dhulikhel to Kathmandu with Bhaktapur Sightseeing
The early dawn in Dhulikhel will be spectacular, with the Langtang RI, Lamjung Himal, and Annapurna in the background. We will take the vehicle and proceed west, passing the winding roads leading us to Bhaktapur.
While in the historic city of Bhaktapur, we can enjoy the city’s exquisite architecture and temples. The historic ambiance of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, built in the pagoda style, will welcome us. Moreover, The sculptures, combined with the religious architecture, will be a spectacular witness.
We’ll sample some local cuisine and participate in market exploration to discover the diverse local handicrafts. The vehicle will then drive us to the hotel in Kathmandu, where we will spend the night once we have finished our exploration of Bhaktapur.
Departure
This is your leaving day from Nepal. Once you have packed everything, our tour representative will drive you to the airport three hours before takeoff. After completing the ticketing and verification formalities, you will depart from Nepal with satisfaction. Wish you have a safe journey.
