I am Balendra Kumar Yadav, Chairman of Kabru Adventure Holidays. With a strong background in international business and a lifelong commitment to cultural exchange, I have dedicated my career to promoting Nepal as a world-class travel destination. Our mission is to showcase the unparalleled natural beauty, rich heritage, and warm hospitality of Nepal through professionally curated travel experiences tailored to the needs of global travelers.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation, from the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in China. https://www.hust.edu.cn

My academic journey continued with a Master’s degree in Management Science (MBA) through the International Business Administration program at Tongji University. https://en.tongji.edu.cn/p/ 

Professionally, I’ve gained over 15 years of international experience, primarily in China, where I worked with leading multinational companies including Inventec Shanghai, Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd., and Siemens VDO Automotive. I also had the opportunity to work in the United States, which gave me invaluable exposure to global business practices and cross-cultural understanding.

After returning to Nepal, I spent three years as Marketing Director at CINEX, which allowed me to reconnect deeply with Nepal’s tourism industry. I have traveled extensively throughout Nepal, immersing myself in its rich history, diverse cultures, and timeless traditions. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the country’s unique identity and inspired me to dedicate myself to promoting Nepal on the global stage. With over 15 years of experience leading and managing travel groups, I have developed the expertise to ensure every journey is well-organized, culturally enriching, and deeply memorable for each traveler.

Having lived and worked for many years in China, I have a strong appreciation for Chinese culture and have built lasting relationships with many friends and colleagues there. I understand the needs and expectations of Chinese travelers and am committed to creating exceptional travel experiences tailored for them. I also value Nepal’s close ties with Asian( Indian, Malesia, Taiwan, Singapore,  Thailand .. ) , Europe, and the United States, and I am proud that Kabru Adventure Holidays has welcomed travelers from all over the world.

My vision is to make Kabru Adventure Holidays a trusted bridge between Nepal and China -India and  the global community. Whether through trekking, cultural exploration, wildlife experiences, or peaceful retreats, our mission is to ensure every traveler feels happy, fulfilled, and connected.
